Pete Stegler brings a lifetime of sales and management experience, with over 18 years of residential mortgage lending expertise, to all of his clients. Pete has lived in Ann Arbor since 1978 and has spent many of those years serving as branch manager at a mortgage bank in Ann Arbor, very similar to Arbor One Mortgage Group.
During his career, Pete and his lending team have won numerous awards for overall sales volume and superior service. He has also successfully funded over 200 million dollars’ worth of mortgage loans, utilizing Conventional, FHA, Rural Home and V/A home loans for all types of clients with a vast array of situations.
Pete's main focus is to always to use his experience to educate and help his clients. Pete works hard to enable clients to make the smartest choices, experience a pleasant transaction and enjoy a smooth closing. Pete and his team work hard every day, with the primary goal that each of his clients will become a "Raving Fan", someone who enthusiastically refers friends, family and co-workers because of the experience they had with Pete.
